Lecture with Paula Benevides

Yesterday, November 29th, happened the lecture with Paula Benevides, Vice-President of People at Raízen and President Director of the Raízen Foundation Board. The event took place in the auditorium of the América Centro Empresarial and was conducted by event leader Yuri Corrêa, Associate III of the Institute.

Yuri brought in his briefing a brief introduction to the event and the company Paula is part of: "With over 40 thousand employees and a turnover that exceeds 195 billion, Raízen is the 4th largest company in the country in terms of turnover. There are different businesses that involve everything from power generation and distribution to retail operations. Without a doubt, the basis for such a complex and robust business is the people involved in the countless processes and accomplishments".

With her vast experience in people management, Paula brought a lot of knowledge to the lecture, showing current data and future trends in the field of human resources. She brought a very visual and dynamic presentation, besides her clear and objective speech, making it easier for the members to understand.

At the end of the event, as usual, it was open to the associates to ask questions to the lecturer. The event was very profitable and the associates were able to clear all their doubts related to people management or to Paula's experiences.
