History
In the mid-2000s, Espírito Santo was going through a period of turbulence and political instability, due to a strong institutional crisis. Reports of unprecedented actions by representatives of the state government added to problems of strategic alignment between the interests of the public and private sectors and led great leaders of the state to meet in order to strengthen the representativeness of the business sector along with fostering the local economy. Thus, in 2003, Espírito Santo em Ação was born, aiming to contribute to the construction of a state recognized on the national stage.
The process of creating and structuring Espírito Santo em Ação ended up revealing a significant gap in leadership with solid values and foundations, capable of leading the state to a higher level of competitiveness. Driven by this observation, Espírito Santo em Ação created the Instituto Líderes do Amanhã, whose activities officially began in 2011, aiming exclusively at the training, development, and qualification of young business leaders with the potential to influence the improvement of the business environment of Espírito Santo.
