Governance

It is formed by founding members divided between the board of trustees and governance

Corporate governance is the system by which organizations are directed, monitored and incentivized, involving practices and relationships between owners, board of directors, executive officers and control bodies. Managerial routines ensure that the governance guidelines are deployed in the institution. The governance model of the Instituto Líderes do Amanhã is as follows:
